bullet  Christening Notes:

Christened at Littlemore, Oxford as Sarah Ann Breakspear, daughter of William Breakspear, plasterer and Ann, St Aldate, Oxford, "Privately"

N.B. "Privately" in this case means at home, rather than at church. This in turn often means that the nearest Vicar was called in, usually within hours of the birth, because it was feared that the child was sickly and might die. There could of course be other reasons for not wanting a public baptism in church!
